True to size. I'm 5'4" 110lbs and the size 0 fits great. Designed with a flattering high rise and A-line silhouette (think fitted at the waist and a little looser at the legs), these shorts have the right amount of stretch for a comfy, move-with-you fit. Shopping tip! The size guide is a bit off, I would subtract 2" from the listed waist measurement for a more accurate fit.
